AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION/MAINTENANCE SERVICES Project: This AGREEMENT for CONSTRUCTION/MAINTENANCE Services (this AGREEMENT ) is dated as of _____ by and between President and Trustees of Williams College, having an address at Williamstown, MA. ( Owner ), and _____, having an address at _____ (the Contractor ). WHEREAS, the Owner seeks to retain the services of a contractor to perform certain construction or maintenance activities as more fully described below, and the Contractor desires to provide such services to the Owner, each on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
