Suggested Programs for Meeting G-13 TYPES OF MEETING Study of AL-ANON s Twelve Steps- It is importantthat one of the Steps be covered in at least one meet-ing per month. The chairperson or program leaderreads the Step and provides an explanation followedby discussion. Study of AL-ANON s Twelve Traditions- The groupstudies one or more of the Traditions keeping inmind their value in maintaining the unity and growthof worldwide AL-ANON as well as of the group them to family relationships may offernew insight. Study of AL-ANON s Twelve Concepts & Warranties- A better understanding of AL-ANON as a worldwidefellowship can be obtained by a study of the TwelveConcepts of Service and the General Warranties asoutlined in Concept Twelve. Discussion of applyingthem to your personal life may also be stimulating. Slogans- One or more of the slogans and their valuein daily living may serve as the basis of a chairperson chooses a slogan and asks severalmembers to explain how they apply it in their variation is to have a member pick a sloganout of a hat and explain how the slogan could beused to solve a specific problem.
