Government sponsored plans and individual plans do not currently cover FreeStyle for this new glucose monitoring system is available to group plan members who are using insulin and are on plans that choose to cover it. Eligible employees can receive up to 30 sensors per year and one reader every two Libre is covered in one of the following ways by group plans: coverage for plan members who are using insulin.
