KITCHEN TESTED RECIPES Gingerbread House cup shortening cup granulated sugar cup dark molasses2 tablespoons cold water3 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon ground ginger1 teaspoon ground cinnamon teaspoon saltCream together shortening, sugar, molassesand water. Sift together flour, spices and dry ingredients to shortening mixtureand mix well. Dough will be stiff. Chill atleast 1 hour. Grease or spray mold withvegetable spray. Press dough into the in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 25minutes. Let Gingerbread cool in the moldfor 10 minutes.
