Specialized Equipment and Supplies o Adds clarification concerning non payment of utilities to align with federal code Respite o Addresses respite provided in community settings used by the general public o Adds licensed hotels as a distinct place to provide respite services Environmental Accessibility Adaptations o Unbundles the EAA service definition into two services for home and vehichle modifications o Adds the service of Environmental Accessibility Adaptations/Home Install o Adds the service of Environmental Accessibility Adaptations/Vehicle Install Extended Community First Services and Supports (CFSS).
In order to be covered as a waiver service, the adult day service must: A. Comply with all requirements for home and community-based settings set forth in 42 CFR 441.301(c); B. Offer a variety of meaningful and age-appropriate activities that are responsive to the goals, interests and needs of participants; C. Maximize
