1 Annex SL MSS ISO/TMB/TAG 2016 5 12 No ISO/IEC SL 2014 5 1. High level structure, identical core text and common terms and core definitions for use in Management Systems Standards 2. Introduction 3. The aim of this document is to enhance the consistency and alignment of ISO MSS by providing a unifying and agreed upon high level structure, identical core text and common terms and core definitions. The aim being that all ISO Type A MSS (and B where appropriate) are aligned and the compatibility of these standards is enhanced. It is envisaged that individual MSS will add additional discipline-specific requirements as required. NOTE In Annex and Annex discipline-specific is used to indicate specific subject(s) to which a management system standard refers, energy, quality, records, environment etc.
