Alan White Design Ltd has been commissioned by APOLLO CRADLES Ltd as consultants to provide design and detailed calculations to allow the safe use and manufacture of the Aluminium X-BEAM as per BS EN 1999-1-1. The report investigates various lengths of X-Beams under various loading conditions from which the minimum values are then used to extrapolate an easy to read graph and table for allowable working loads for the various loading methods. This report is intended to provide the information necessary for scrutinising verification authorities to discern the relevant structural engineering aspects for this aluminium structure.
