Appendix 14 Code on Corporate Governance PracticesThis Code on Corporate Governance Practices sets out the principles ofgood Corporate Governance , and two levels of recommendations: (a) codeprovisions; and (b) recommended best practicesIssuers are expected to comply with, but may choose to deviate from, thecode provisions.
