Spring 2019 Admission Packet Dear Applicant: Thank you for your interest in the Lamar State College - Port Arthur Associate of Applied Science Upward Mobility LVN to ADN Program. This APPLICATION packet is for Spring 2019 admission into the Upward Mobility LVN to ADN Program. This nursing program was developed to meet the unique learning needs of the LVN/LPN. It is designed to provide sound educational experience, ensure competence in nursing, and achieve the LVN/LPN goal of career advancement to the Registered Nurse level with minimal duplication of educational preparation.
