VIBRANT COMMUNITY LIFE This area of interest involves our lived community life as Sisters of Mercy. It is also the next topic of the Institute s contemplative dialogue process: Women of Mercy, Women of Hope that will be introduced this coming Advent season. 2. FINANCE / HUMAN RESOURCES This area covers everything from sharing financial information within the WMW to developing a plan to share the WMW Community s finances with the other five Communities that make up the Institute. It covers the acquisition and sale of property, the amount and use of personal budgets, as well as to the process for sharing offices and cars. Also included are development, the use of technology and travel, living arrangements, and the use of personnel. 3. MINISTRY WITH THE POOR This topic covers financial methods for supporting ministry with the poor, especially the economically poor that we meet in our ministries.
