It also highlights the events of the civil uprisings which led to the removalof some rulers. Moreover this paper tries to predict the Consequences of thesewidespread protests on the region as well as on the surrounding states. It alsoexplores how the social media was used during these protests and how it helped tospread the news of the events of these protests.
(Abusharif, 2014). It was Marc Lynch, an American political scientist, who used this term in his article written in “Foreign Policy” journal (Abusharif, 2014). Arab Spring was a movement of violent and violence less protests and civil wars started from Tunis on December 18, 2010 and extended all over the Arab world (Terrill, 2011).
