Saunders Director, Ready and Resilient Campaign 7 October 2014 army Resiliency Directorate 2 Campaign Statement The Ready and Resilient Campaign is a comprehensive plan to address the immediate and enduring needs of the Total army including Active, Reserve, and National Guard Soldiers, their Families and army Civilians. The Ready and Resilient Campaign seeks to inculcate a positive cultural change in the army by directly linking personal resilience to readiness and emphasizing the responsibility and accountability of personnel at all levels to build and maintain their individual resilience as well as the resilience of their team.
