This regulation provides guidance, POLICY criteria, and procedures for the successful conduct of recruiting activities with Regular army military populations. This regulation supersedes ROTC Cadet command Regulation 145-6, dated 20 September 2011. Applicability. The provisions of this regulation applies to members of army Cadet command and active-duty Soldiers pursing an officer commission via this program.
