In addition to the definitions contained in IC 13-11-2 and 327 IAC , the following definitions apply throughoutthis ARTICLE :(1) "Existing discharge" means any point source discharge of process or storm water which occurs either continuously orintermittently from a property at the time coverage under an individual NPDES PERMIT is being sought.
NPDES GENERAL PERMIT RULE PROGRAM consistent with the federal NPDES permit program administered by the EPA. (b) The commissioner may determine that an individual permit must be obtained under section 9 of this rule.
