ATA Carnet Requirements Dear Customer: Prepare the following information and documents before logging in to the ATA Carnets online application. Purpose for which your merchandise or equipment is being temporarily imported to another country (ies). Name(s) of individual(s) responsible for Carnet documents while en route. These are the "Authorized Representatives" and would include any persons or entities that would be presenting your Carnet to customs. *Authorization letter issued by the company authorizing its representatives / agents attested by the relevant authorities Notary Public List of destination countries.
