Principal Activities and Business Review The principal activity of the Company is that of a holding company. The principal activity of the Group is the development and operation of the Stockton Colliery which comprises the Stockton Mine and an anthracite washing plant in Pennsylvania, USA. Dividends The Directors do not recommend the payment of a dividend for the year (year ended 31 December 2013 - $nil).
