The ASCR is intended to be the first national set of Conduct Rules for all Australian Solicitors . The Law Council of Australia and its constituent bodies, of which your Society is one, undertook extensive consultation to produce the current ASCR. I would like to acknowledge the extensive research and assistance rendered by the QLS Ethics Committee.
