The STANDBY/ON switch on this unit will not shut off all power from the AC outlet. Since thepower cord serves as main disconnect device for theunit, you will need to unplug it from outlet to shut down all power. Therefore, make sure theunit has been installed so that power cord can be easily unplugged from the AC outlet in of an accident.
