OTC transactions must use the Standardised Approach for counterparty credit risk (SA-CCR). The SA-CCR can be used only for OTC derivatives, exchange-traded derivatives and long settlement transactions; SFTs are subject to the treatments set out under the IMM of this Annex or under Part 2, Section II.D, of this Framework.
