This MANUAL is offered for use by accredited institutions of higher education in their campus Mediation programs. The underlying premise and purpose of its publication on the Web is to make materials used in the Mediation @MIT Basic Mediation Training freely and openly available to others for non-commercial educational purposes. MIT grants others the right to use the materials, either as-is, or in a modified form. Users may edit, translate, reformat, add to, or otherwise change this material, or combine it with or incorporate it into their own materials.
