Deepak Lad, Member ORDER Dated: 28 April, 2017 The commission notified the MERC (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Renewable Energy Tariff) Regulations, 2015, ( RE Tariff Regulations ) on 10 November, 2015. The Regulations specify the terms and conditions and the procedure for determination of Generic Tariff in respect of the following types Renewable Energy (RE) Generation Projects: (a) Wind Power Projects; (b) Biomass-based Power Projects; (c) Non-Fossil Fuel-based Co-Generation Projects; (d) Mini/Micro and other Small Hydro Power Projects; (e) Solar Photo Voltaic (PV) and Solar Thermal Power Projects; (f) Solar Roof-top PV Systems Power Projects.
