All rights Behavior Therapy (CBT) has emerged as a widely used and efficacious treatment approach for a variety of psychological conditions (Dobson & Khatri, 2000; Hofmann, Asnaani, Vonk, Sawyer, & Fang, 2012; Tolin, 2010), including depression, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance abuse disorders, eating disorders, and couple s distress. CBT is, how-ever, a broad and heterogeneous concept that represents a variety of thera-peutic approaches that emphasize, to varying degrees, Cognitive , Behavioral , emotional, physiological, and environmental factors in relation to psycho-logical disorders (Forman & Herbert, 2009). There are at least 10 schools that can be identified under the umbrella of CBT (David & Szentagotai, 2006).
