No, the ISP and behavior Support strategies are no longer separate plans. If there are team members who dissent to apart of the ISP, the team needs to reconvene and come to agreement on what strategies are acceptable and which strategies will be removed. The planning process is a team oriented function that requires agreement from all involved parties, including the person. Q. What are some acceptable ways to prove/document that a risk of harm is direct and serious? A. Through already established practices such as the UIR, doc sheets, case notes, MUI process, Discovery, medical records, counseling assessments/notes, and etc.
