Biographical Information Bio for Catherine Colan Muth Catherine (Cathy) Colan Muth is a graduate of west virginia University and has served as CEO of O. R. Colan Associates, LLC since 1991. O. R. Colan Associates manages the land acquisition and relocation phase of federally funded projects for major infrastructure projects throughout the United States including projects for highways, airports, school redevelopment, transit and flood mitigation. ORC Training is a division of ORC offering training on the practical implementation of the laws and regulations that guide this process (the Uniform Act) through courses offered by the National Highway Institute (NHI), the training arm of the FHWA, and through the International Right of Way Association. In 2008 she established ORC Utility and Infrastructure Land Services, LLC to serve the utility sector. Cathy was a member of the 2000 Right of Way and Utilities Scan Team to Europe, jointly sponsored by the Transportation Institute and the Federal Highway Administration.
