Hold measuring tape level, leaving just enough room to breathe comfortably. Measure your neck size in inches and half inches. Round Chest/Bust:Always measure around the fullest part of the chest. Keep the tape level under arms and across shoulder blades. Round to nearest Waist: Measure around the smallest part of natural waistline, usually just above hip bones. Stand naturally and make sure tape is level.
