Bow Tie OVERDRIVES uses these GUIDELINES in general and custom installations specifically. The main purpose of these GUIDELINES is to remind ourselves of all the steps necessary to install a modern General Motors automatic overdrive transmission into a vehicle that was built for a different transmission. It is not our intent to supply our customers with complete step by step instructions. We are not qualified to write such a document, besides; it would need to be so voluminous that most of our customers wouldn t take the time to read it anyways.
