BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: . General Bribery offences 1 Offences of bribing another person (1) A person ( P ) is guilty of an offence if either of the following cases applies. (2) Case 1 is where .
