SINGAPORE Changi Airport : Conditions OF USE 2017 Effective 1 January 2017 Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd Conditions of Use 2017 2 Explanatory Notes: 1. These Conditions of Use set out the terms and Conditions that apply to all Users of the Airport Services and facilities at Singapore Changi Airport . If you use our Airport Services and facilities in any way, you agree to be bound by these Conditions . 2. These Conditions comprise 2 parts, namely the General Conditions of Use which apply to all Users, and the Specific Conditions of Occupation and Use Applicable to Operations at the Airport which apply to Users who operate at the Airport , including Air Carriers and Approved Ground Handling Companies.
