CAP TULO II - IMPUESTO SOBRE LOS INGRESOS BRUTOS . Art culo 6 - Al cuota b sica Establ cese la al cuota b sica en el IMPUESTO SOBRE los INGRESOS BRUTOS , en tanto no tenga previsto otro tratamiento espec fico en esta ley o en el C digo Fiscal, en el 4,50% (cuatro con cincuenta cent simos por ciento). Para aquellas actividades desarrolladas por contribuyentes y/o responsables cuyos INGRESOS BRUTOS anuales devengados en el per odo fiscal inmediato anterior superen los montos m ximos establecidos en el cuadro A del Anexo I.
