SUMMARY OF CHANGES. This revision is a general update that reorganizes the membership categories, and deletes the following membership categories: student and organizational Aerospace Education membership, honorary members, business membership, and affiliate membership. It also deletes the requirement for a cadet sponsor nametag, the ability to join as a patron at the National level, and prohibits transfers into the National Patron Squadron (NHQ 996).
(FECA) benefits and Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) liability coverage are only extended to mission qualified CAP ctive asenior members and cadet members engaged in the scope of authorized missions for the DoD/Air Force.
