About this Guide This document has been developed to introduce Student Support Services to BASIC CONCEPTS of CAREER development and their application to advising activities at Further Education and Training (FET). Purpose of this training workshop The workshop is aimed at supporting SSS by; i. Providing foundational understanding of the CAREER and employability related theories and CONCEPTS . ii. Assist in the application of these CONCEPTS and theories of careers to the FETC context.
