It was developed to give base-level offices the ability to communicate with all levels of the Air Force to resolve problems with member s computer records that can not be resolved by directly updating the various pay or personnel systems. It also provides a tracking capability that enables all levels (Base, MAJCOM, AFPC, ARPC, NGB, AFRC, AFFSC, DFAS, and Air Staff) to perform Management oversight.
