CEI Plan of Action 2018-2020 Elaborated by the CEI-Executive Secretariat, in cooperation with the CEI Member States, the CEI Plan of Action 2018-2020 is conceived as a flexible and dynamic tool to enable the CEI to quickly adapt to the evolving European landscape.
