Short title, extent and commencement. (1) These regulations may be called the CENTRAL ELECTRICITY REGULATORY COMMISSION ( sharing of Inter State Transmission Charges and Losses) Regulations, 2010. (2) These regulations shall apply to all Designated ISTS Customers, Inter State Transmission Licensees, NLDC, RLDC, SLDCs, and RPCs.
