Certification Training ManualThis program is not intended to gauge the technical skills of technicians regarding the diagnosis and repair of motor vehicle air conditioners. The basic goal of the technician Training and Certification program is to teach technicians how to properly recover and recycle refrigerant, and why it must be done to protect the environment.
