(a) Reduction and Remission of court -fee In exercise of the power conferred by Section 35 of the Court-fees Act, 1870, the Governor of the Punjab is pleased to make the reduction and remission hereinafter set forth, namely: . 1. Application for refund of price of stamp or renewal of stamp paper To remit the fees chargeable on applications presented to a Collector for refund of the amount paid to the Government for stamped paper which has become spoiled or unfit for use, or is no longer required for use and on applications for renewal of stamped paper which has become spoiled or unfit for use.
