The National Board of Directors is the approval AUTHORITY for the type of and criteria for awards that may be awarded to NSCC/NLCC personnel and units. 2. Any individual or group wishing to establish an award for the NSCC/NLCC must make the proposal in writing to the National Board of Directors via the Executive Director at National Headquarters. 0102 NATIONAL AWARDS BOARD 1. The National Chairman shall appoint a National Awards Board to review existing award criteria and make recommendations on the establishment of new awards or elimination of obsolete awards.
