Chapter 13. EQUITY SECURITIES. CONTINUING OBLIGATIONS. Preliminary An issuer shall comply (and undertakes by its application for listing (Form A1 of Appendix 5), once any of its securities have been admitted to listing, to comply) with the Listing Rules in force from time to time.
