Entities should note Chapter 4, which deals with periodic disclosure , and Chapter 5, which deals with additional reporting requirements for +mining entities, +oil and gas entities and others.
Note: Class Order 07/422 sets out the modification to Chapter 5C of the Corporations Act relating to on-market buy-backs by ASX-listed managed investment schemes.
