85 CHAPTER 4 RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHOD INTRODUCTION This CHAPTER presents and discusses the RESEARCH methodology adopted. It also describes the RESEARCH DESIGN , RESEARCH process, METHOD of data collection, METHOD of data analysis, and the application of the data analysis.
