85 CHAPTER 4 RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHOD INTRODUCTION This CHAPTER presents and discusses the RESEARCH methodology adopted. It also describes the RESEARCH DESIGN , RESEARCH process, METHOD of data collection, METHOD of data analysis, and the application of the data analysis. This CHAPTER also addresses the objectives of the study that were achieved through a pilot study followed by the main study, which comprises four (4) phases. RESEARCH DESIGN RESEARCH can be described as a systematic and organized effort to investigate a specific problem to provide a solution (Sekaran; 2000; Burn, 1994).
