HB-2-3560 INTRODUCTION The purpose of this CHAPTER is to present the OCCUPANCY rules for multi-family housing projects and the Agency s procedures for determining borrower compliance. Agency procedures for ensuring borrower compliance are summarized at the end of the CHAPTER .
