1 TITLE 310. OKLAHOMA STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CHAPTER 681. MEDICAL MARIJUANA REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO THE ACTIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN, THE FOLLOWING EMERGENCY RULES ARE CONSIDERED PROMULGATED AND EFFECTIVE UPON APPROVAL BY THE GOVERNOR AS SET FORTH IN 75 SECTION 253(F): SUBCHAPTER 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 310:681-1-4. Definitions The following words and terms, when used in this CHAPTER , shall have the following meaning, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: "Actively operating" or "Actively conducting business operations" means a commercial licensee that possesses, sells, purchases or transfers MEDICAL MARIJUANA and/or MEDICAL MARIJUANA products to or from its licensed premises in a regular or seasonal capacity. "Advertising" means the act of providing consideration for the publication, dissemination, solicitation, or circulation of visual,oral, or written communication to induce directly or indirectly anyperson to patronize a particular MEDICAL MARIJUANA business or to purchase any particular MEDICAL MARIJUANA or MEDICAL MARIJUANA products.
