CHECKLIST FOR RETIREMENT EXTENSION
Updated April 2018 CHECKLIST FOR RETIREMENT EXTENSION This CHECKLIST summarizes the latest information we have on the documentation requirements by the Chonburi (Pattaya) Immigration Office to extend your stay in Thailand on the basis of RETIREMENT (commonly referred to as a RETIREMENT visa ). (Click here for latest announcements of any recent changes) NOTE: If you did not enter Thailand using a Non-Immigrant O or O-A Visa you will need to follow a two step process, first apply for a Non-Immigrant O Visa. This application is sent to Bangkok for approval. When the Visa is issued, you will receive a new Permission to Stay of 90 days. Chonburi (Pattaya) Immigration will process the one year EXTENSION of stay application when you have 30 or less days remaining on the 90 days. One for each application.
