An authorized Transfer occurs when the licensee conveys or assigns the Software license to another entity after receipt of Cisco s consent and payment of any applicable license fee or any other conditions required by Cisco . Use of Cisco Software by the transferee is governed by the then- current Cisco End User License Agreement ( EULA ) available at Definitions All capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the same meaning as in the EULA. For purposes of this Policy , the following definitions apply: " hardware " means Cisco -branded equipment or devices listed on the then-current Cisco global price list (GPL).
