CIVIL SERVANTS ACT PART 1 INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS Section 1 Content and Application Article 1 Subject (1) This Act shall govern labour relations between CIVIL SERVANTS and the State as the employer, the uniform rules that regulate admission to the CIVIL service, the classification of the posts of CIVIL SERVANTS , professional training and qualification of CIVIL SERVANTS , advancement in the service and other matters of importance to the exercise of the rights and duties of CIVIL SERVANTS and specific matters of importance concerning regulation of the rights, duties and accountability of governmental employees.
