Colonoscopy Patient Instructions For appointments at or after 11 This sheet is double sided. Please read and follow all Instructions carefully to ensure the highest level of safety and effectiveness. You must have someone to accompany you home; you cannot drive. Medications: Please make sure all of your medications are cleared by a doctor. Aspirin(ASA 81 mg, Entrophen). Stop 7 days prior Iron Tablets Xarelto Coumadin Stop 5 days prior Pradaxa Ticlopidine (Ticilid). Stop 3 days prior Clopidogrel (Plavix). Aggrenox Special Instructions for diabetics Day before Day of Hypoglycemic medications Take usual dose None (Until after procedure with (tablets) food).
