Application FOR Waiver OF Deposits AND LATE Payment CHARGESS tarting September 15, 2021, residential ComEd customers identified as meeting the requirements of low-income residential customer or applicant (and eligible) under Sections and 8 of the Illinois Public Utilities Act will have Deposits and late Payment charges waived. To qualify, your household income must be at 80% or less of Area Median Income (AMI) for your county of residence, or you must be currently enrolled in the federal Lifeline program. Please complete a brief Application and provide documentation regarding your household and household income.
APPLICATION FOR WAIVER OF DEPOSITS AND LATE PAYMENT CHARGES Starting September 15, 2021, residential ComEd customers identified as meeting the requirements of “low-income residential customer or applicant” (and eligible) under Sections 8-201.7 and 8 201.8 of the Illinois Public Utilities Act will have deposits and late payment charges waived.
