Your role as sender or receiver is an interchangeable one. For every speech you give in a speech class, you listen to perhaps fifteen or twenty others. Just think of the volumes that you read, in School, college and out, compared to the amount that you write. Obviously, reading and listening skills are as important to you as writing and speaking. This Chapter will discuss the transmission skills that include verbal Communication like special skills of speaking, written Communication and various approaches to effective written Communication .
