Competition Law and Policy in the Russian federation 2013 This report on Competition Law and Policy in the Russian federation was prepared to assist the OECD Competition Committee in assessing the willingness and ability of Russia to assume the obligations of OECD membership. In doing so, the Competition Committee assessed the degree of coherence of Russia s Competition law and Policy with that of OECD Member countries.
